  • Arrival & Exit Information

    Upon arrival, park your vehicle in the hotel lot. No need to check in with hotel staff - they have your reservation on file. You may walk to the airport terminal (2-3 minutes) or arrange your own transportation, as the hotel shuttle is for guests only.

    Upon return, simply exit the hotel lot.

  • Reservation Modification Policy

    You have the flexibility to modify reservations up to 2 hours before your check-in time. This includes changing dates, times, parking product and license plate number. There is no limit to the number of times you can modify your reservation. Within 2 hours prior to your reservation check-in time, you will no longer be able to modify your reservation.

    If changes to the booking dates, booking times or parking products are made and result in changes to the prepaid amount, you will be charged the new additional amount or refunded for the lesser amount in accordance to our modification policy.

  • Reservation Cancelation Policy

    For cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the reservation start time, there is a $5 cancellation fee and the remaining balance will be refunded back to you. For cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation start time, there is no cancellation fee but you will lose the payment for the reservation.
